Honey Bee Educational Day for Students

World Bee Day celebration raises awareness on the essential role bees and other pollinators play in keeping people and the planet healthy, and on the many challenges they face today. The United Nations designated May 20 as World Bee Day thanks to the efforts of the Government of Slovenia with the support of Apimondia.

All the proceed will be donated for the Honey Breakfast in November 2025 for K-12 students in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We are excited to announce that the Collaborative Chambers Alliance (CCA), in collaboration with the Slovenian Consulate General in Cleveland, Euclid Chamber of Commerce, Greater Cleveland Beekeepers Association (GCBA), Medina County Beekeepers Association (MCBA), Geauga Beekeepers Association (GBA), and Lorain County Beekeepers Association (LCBA), will be hosting a special event to celebrate World Bee Day — “Fun Day” Celebration.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 17 and join us from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, located at Fairgrounds Bee Barn (19201 E Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130). This event is a celebration of bees and other vital pollinators, and we are excited to bring together the community for a fun, educational day filled with activities for all ages.

Best of all, the proceeds from this event will support a “Honey Breakfast” scheduled for November 10-14, 2025, which will be provided to K-12 students in Cuyahoga County Schools, Ohio. Presenting Sponsor for $1,000

• 5 minutes of sponsorship presentation at the event
• A table during the event to display brochures, flyers, and promotional items

Platinum Sponsor for $500

• Recognition in the opening event remarks
• Logo included on all digital marketing materials including social media, CCA website, 4 issues of the CCA Newsletter, event registration, and event-related emails
• A table during the event to display brochures, flyers, and promotional items
• Company banner on display at event. Banner delivered to Nicky Sulandari (440-502-9506) to arrange the delivery, on or before May 12, 2025.

Gold Sponsor for $200

• Company name included in all events programing and promotions.
• A table during the event to display brochures, flyers, and promotional items.

We will also have indoor Vendor spaces (10 ft. x 10 ft.) available for $40. Vendor set up start at 9:00 AM and tear down at 4:00 PM.
